Manage and grow dealer / distributor network across the zone.
Drive retail sales, promotions, and product launches.
Monitor dealer performance, inventory, and customer experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate sales team and supervisors also.
Analyz market trends, competition, and sales performance.
Ensure implementation of company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Strong exposure to dealer network management.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic planning and execution skills.
