Job Description
We are hiring Client Acquisition Managers to onboard and manage business owner clients (MSMEs & corporates) for banking and financial products. The role involves acquiring new clients, understanding their funding needs, and offering suitable lending solutions such as business loans, working capital, OD/CC, and term loans. The candidate will handle end-to-end coordination from client sourcing to documentation and case closure with banks/NBFCs. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire MSME & corporate clients for lending products
Source leads through calling, referrals, and field visits
Assess client requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Coordinate documentation and bank/NBFC processes
Manage cases from login to disbursement
Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred)
Experience in banking/NBFC/financial services preferred
Knowledge of lending products and basic credit norms
Strong communication and negotiation skills
